Everything was quick and seamless, and they took their time answering all of my questions along the way (and I'm sure some of my questions were repeats!) They are truly focused on the client's needs and wants, and are great thought partners when looking to make big decisions. I felt supported and in good hands through the entire process. Garrett even took the time to make me a video, explaining all of my documents in detail. I really appreciated this, and it made me a LOT more comfortable when it came time to signing everything. Hillary had my portal set up as soon as I left their office and was ready to view homes immediately. Paige was also super helpful with keeping me up to date on all documents, in practically real time. Every communication with this office was amazingly quick!! This is SO important in this crazy real estate time we are in. RE/MAX Cornerstone also gives back to the community, and is highly involved in the area in which they serve. I found you to be timely, accurate, great suggestions and a very pleasant personality. I also found that you were excellent at communicating. That’s really the secret to a good transaction along with the right pricing.
Thank you for everything you did. Now we just have to get the house on Sheldon sold. I told David I thought the price needed to come down. I am thinking maybe $225,000? Not sure how you feel about that. I looked at the comps you sent and Dave said the one sold, so that leaves the one on Sheldon as the least expensive house in Canton. The best thing about the house on Sheldon is the kitchen. Nice, big, open. The floor plan is funky and I will leave it at that. I didn’t like the stairs as they are steep. But for someone who wants a lot of space it would be fine. I think an investor is a perfect match for that house.
